In accordance with Uniform Rule 35, Senator Kelly moved and asked                                                               
unanimous consent to withdraw his name as prime sponsor and add                                                                 
Senator Micciche as prime sponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 77 "An                                                                     
Act relating to big game hunting with children." Without objection, it
